  2. Grapes and cheese. Eating grapes and a cheese stick is very satisfying and helps you to feel full. Grapes are full of water and good for aiding your water intake.
  3. Veggie sticks and hummus. Cut up some carrots and celery and dip them into hummus. Veggies give you energy and hummus helps you feel full longer.
  4. Fruit salad. Chop up several kinds of fruit and mix them together for a yummy energy filled salad.
  5. Just add peanut butter. Apples or celery sticks are so tasty with some peanut butter. You can also use almond butter. Try pure peanut butter instead of the jarred kind.

Remember to plan and prepare these snacks ahead of time so that you won't have emotions, hunger, or temptations get in the way. These are great healthy options to help you create a fit lifestyle.
