  • Lemon Tea. First thing in the morning before eat or drink anything, jumpstart your metabolism is a refreshing cup of lemon tea. This will aid in curbing your appetite and detoxing.
  • Guzzle Water. Are you drinking enough water? Some people think that they are, but unless you are headed to the bathroom every hour, you need to drink more. Try to drink 4 full water bottles of 24 ounces each.
