Weight loss is something that has millions of people frustrated. It seems to be the never ending nightmare for most people and the biggest nightmare people have are thinking they have to eat pounds of cold, crunchy, bland, disgusting vegetables. I mean just think about it, who really wants to torture themselves sitting down committing to an all veggie diet. I know sure don't and that is why I am going to show you how to achieve weight loss without vegetables
This first amazing snack is almonds. Almonds are my personal favourite because they are an easy snack to pack and you can bring them just about anywhere. Now remember almonds can be a high calorie snack, if eaten in large portions, so make sure you eat them in moderation. On the plus side almonds contain monounsaturated fat which is considered good fat to our bodies, helping reduce heart disease. Not only are we getting rid of our unwanted fat, but we our strengthening our heart as well. Now I know not all of you reading this may care about being healthy but I can tell you this much, looking good won't mean much when you're dead at 50 with a heart attack.

The second meal is tuna. Tuna is a tasty meal that is jam packed with protein. Yeah I know we all heard of the word protein, but do we really know what protein can do for weight loss? Well first off the protein in tuna will help you feel fuller for a longer period of time, which will eliminate those cravings to go back for seconds. Protein has a high “thermic effect of food” which is the energy we use to digest food into small, absorbable components. Protein has a higher thermic effect than compared to carbohydrates and fat, meaning your actually burning mor4e calories to process protein than the other two. Tuna equals protein and protein equals lean muscles. The more muscles you have, the more fat you can burn, meaning productive weight loss without vegetables.
Last, but not least, avocados. Avocados are an amazing fruit that is rich and creamy and taste amazing, avocados are much like almonds, they contain monounsaturated fats which pump cell membranes enabling them to work more efficiently with fat-burning hormones. Avocados boost your metabolism by protecting the energy- producing parts of your cells from free radical damage (can potentially prevent cancer). Avocados are also an appetite suppressant, so you can eat an avocado, and not have the annoying cravings for junk food afterwards. Avocados are definitely a superfood, for every avocado it provides 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients essential for weight management, including 14 grams of satiating fiber and 66 percent of your daily need for vitamin K, which is a nutrient that helps regulate sugar metabolism and insulin sensitivity.
