    • Never skip your breakfast

The human body needs to be refueled after some time and as it has gone without food the whole night, it would be better to have breakfast within an hour or two of waking up. When you skip breakfast, you end up with overeating in the lunch time.

    • Eat fruits before meals

    Eating fruits, at least 30 minutes before having any heavy meal will really help you to lose weight. It will not only reduce your hunger, but will also detoxify your body and will provide the required energy for reducing weight.

    • Eat frequently

    Rather than taking big meals two or three times a day, you should take smaller meals about five to six times in a single day. A 2-3 hour break is enough between meals. It will keep your metabolism working at a high level the whole day. You can choose the number of meals depending on your appetite.

    • Consume water at the right time

    Almost every person knows that drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water is really necessary, but the majority of the people does not know that when to drink it. If you are drinking water between the meals, then it will slow down digestion and the nutrients that your body gets through food are not absorbed properly. According to lifestyle news today, you should not drink water at least 15 minutes before or after having a meal.
