Whatsup guys it’s max owner of Max’s Best Bootcamp and this is your kettlebell fat melter workout let’s go five moves five minutes 1 kettlebell all of the body fat guys I’m so excited about this workout we’re gonna be melting belly fat and getting lean and tone from head to toe. we’re doing one round together in just the second now if this is your only workout today I want you to do this one round with me and then repeat three more times totaling around 20 minutes from non stop fat burning.
Awesomeness make sure to get in a quick warmup and were about to get into this thing right now alright guys time to melt some body fat so grab your kettlebell we’re going we gotta go out right now kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull and then we’re going to do one low heel click crazy combo strength and major core work going on the low heel click and if that’s too crazy for you, just kick back into a plank next move is another killer combo, 3 one arm kettlebell swings, 3 rack position squats, right side only.
Now we know squats are building the legs and booty, butt because the weight is off sides, we’re also getting some killer core exercises right now good cardio blast jugglers two knees two feet getting started guys, now if this gets too much, just run or jog in place next move is another killer combo, 3 one arm kettlebell swings, 3 rack position squats, left side only these swings and squats are total body toning exercises last exercise is a forward broad jump, then a backwards jump, then a pushup how awesome job you guys I hope you liked that workout.
