You got 3 2 1 come down to the floor plank position straight line your going to take a step out and then touch your knee other side step knee working the shoulders working your abs touch kick touch kick keep going guys you got 4 3 2 everybodys favourite burpess come in jump into plank last one very nice come back down into plank slow motion mounatin climbers just touch the chest and back 5 6 keep going 5 more fast mountain climbers 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.

Lift up downward dog push the heels down take a breathe in hale exhale come down to plank inhale up exhale plank up and plank last one your going to give me 10 pushups 2 more you can stay up if you want be a hero or come down to your knees 10 pushups 10 9 4 4 3 2 1 come up to plank side plank into a jump open out to hold come back to center hop in hop out other side in and out open 2 more and come up.
